To make our ice cream we take the whole milk from our herd of Guernsey cows and mix it with double cream; we then add the very finest ingredients imaginable to create a truly indulgent finished taste. The way we do things may cost more but it’s vital to remain true to our unique taste. We don’t add extra air into the mix ensuring that we get a thicker texture and more intense flavours. Our ingredients are wholesome and natural, from chunky pieces of Chinese stem ginger to big fat Italian Amarena Cherries- which make for very happy taste buds!
Over the last 30 years we would like to think we’ve got pretty darn good at making ice cream and have come up with over 35 different concoctions, let us know if you have any suggestions- we’re always looking for new ideas.
