Welcome to Brymor Ice Cream

Ice Cream Flavour Range We have been making quality Dairy Ice Cream for 31 years, located at High Jervaulx Farm, deep in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales using only milk from our herd of pedigree Guernsey cows in the production of our Ice Cream along with the Ice Cream Parlour and Cafe.

With the recent change of business ownership we would like to ensure you that we continue to manufacture the Ice Cream of the same quality and standard that Brymor has always strived for and also continue the ownership of our cherished Guernsey cows, although they are now grazing and are managed by Tim Gibson and his team, near Crakehall, this guarantees that we still have the exact quality of milk needed daily to manufacture our Ice Cream.
Also, Nicola Moore, the granddaughter of Brian and Brenda and daughter of Robert will remain and continue being responsible for the management of the business.

High Jervaulx is located near to Jervaulx Abbey on the A6108 between Masham and Leyburn.
