Cream

We fill 1 ltr bottles of Whole milk. 250ml & 500ml bottles of double cream. 230g & 1kg Tubs of Traditionally Made Clotted Cream. The Dairy Products above are all produced from our own Pedigree Guernsey Cows. And can be purchased in our shop on the farm.

Cheese

We send our Guernsey milk to a local cheese maker where he processes it into cheese. We presently have a plain cheese, which has a smooth Cheddar texture and is full of flavour.
We will shortly be producing a Wensleydale style cheese which will be creamy and crumbly in texture.

Veal

Our bull calves are reared in loose straw yards and have access to food 24 hours a day.
There are many different cuts available, Topside, Loin, Escalopes to mention just a few. We also have made for us locally Veal & Ham Pies and Jumbo Sausages. You can purchase any of these products from our shop on the farm.
